The solution given by the microsoft employee will not help for dayz tough, however I have found that the best way to deal with this is, first of all running as little software as possible because dayz tries to grab the RAM sectors right after the allocated ram sectors that is running windows, second if that doesnt work restart the PC and dont start any other software immediatly launch dayz. Rename the 'Arma 3' directory to something else (example, 'Arma 3 - Copy' just to keep it as backup just in case) 3. Now open the launcher and try again. Ive checked and done all of the above and I really need to know where else my troubleshooting efforts should be focused on next. I've tried running the exe in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and 8 and it does not work.
On the 'Breaking Point' mission, right after I kill the mortar team and am requested back at the outpost in Frini (that we just took over and loaded the supply truck) is where it crashes. About 15 seconds after the screen shows 'Task Completed: Fall Back' is when it crashes.
Ive tried turning my graphics down as well. Im also wondering if some of the addons and mods might be screwy. However, I only have a few and they are installed per your instruction in your post on how to properly install mods. (Most were installed via PlaywithSix)
So my specs, as you can see below, should let me run A3 just fine.and it has been running fine. Actually its been running beautifully.

PS: Ive noticed that my GPU isnt maxed either when this crash happens. Had it gone up to 100% that wouldve been a huge red flag. But it only goes up to 96% at time of crash.
I just need to know where to look and troubleshoot next. Any help is greatly appreciated.
